When you deactivate your account, the data of your current and previous ITR will be deleted from glyde.
However, you can still access all your returns from the income tax portal by following these steps:
Login > E-file > Income tax returns > View Filed Returns
Steps to deactivate a taxpayer
- Login to glyde
- Navigate to the profile from the bottom
- Scroll down and tap on deactivate taxpayer
- Type CONFIRM
- Tap on deactivate
